The Ludy Lounge Super Bowl Menu 2006

Written on Monday January 23, 2006

Two (2) weeks from today is Super Bowl Sunday!

I love a good Super Bowl, so each year, Mr. Ludy and I invite a few friends over to hang out and watch the game; there’s plenty of football-type food and booze to last the entire afternoon. Although, it’s often a lame-ass game, the commercials make up for it, and are usually the real entertainment.

Here’s this year’s menu. I’ve taken some traditional super bowl foods (chicken wings, beef, etc.) and given them an updated twist.

Let me know what you think, and if you need a recipe, drop me a line…!

    Dear Judy:
Your menu looks yummy! It should be a great party.

I would love the Panini recipe. Can I use the Foreman Grill instead of a Panini press?

    Signed,

    Dear Hungry:
Thanks so much; it’s going to be a great party!

To answer your question, I think the Foreman Grill should work just as well as the Panini press. Give it a try, and let me know how it turns out.

As for the Panini recipe, I’ll post it under Dear Judy Ludy for you.

Thanks so much, and keep me posted!
    Judy Ludy
