Easter’s fast approaching, and I’ve been busy planning my menu. This year, Mr. Ludy and I are entertaining several of our closest out of town (actually, out of state) friends, and since I’m familiar with their tastes, I’ve chosen things I know they like; that way they have a chance to enjoy their favorite dishes. I also give them the option to add or subject to the menu as they wish.
Here’s what I’ve come up with this year! With spring in the air, I’m feeling festive, so I think I’m going to plan an Easter Egg Hunt as well. We shall see how I feel as time progresses!
