Summer Party Menu

I have a client who’s having a birthday this month.  He requested smoked crab and lobster be the focal point of the meal, so I built the menu around those 2 items. 

Here’s what will be served:

SUMMER SMOKED SEAFOOD

Entree 

Smoked Dungeness Whole Crab

Smoked Whole Maine Lobster

3-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

Cajon Style Artichokes, Green Beans and Corn on the Cob

Dessert

Individual Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Beverages

Sapporo Beer

Cocktails and Wine
