Dinner With The Ludy’s

Mr. Ludy and I are entertaining next Friday evening, and I’ll be preparing the following menu.  A few items are make ahead, but the rest will be prepared day of, after I’ve run around town all day long. 

Proving, you can entertain even after a full day of work; truly!  And I’m here to help you do just that!

APPETIZERS

Warm Mixed Nuts and Cocktails

FIRST COURSE

Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette

ENTREE

Filet Mignon Medallions Served with a Green Peppercorn Sauce

Baked Sweet Potato French Fries

Served with a Horseradish Mustard Sauce

Steamed French Green Beans

DESSERT

French Sweet Cherry Cobbler

Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
