It’s back, and it’s big. Opening day of NFL today…yeah! I love to spend Sunday afternoons in the kitchen making football food, reading the LA Times, and watching the games.

What could be better! Right now, I’m watching Peyton and Eli Manning go at each other. Of course, Peyton quarterback of the Indianapolis Colts, and Eli Manning quarterback of the New York Giants. We’ll see how it turns out; right now it’s Indianapolis 23 and the Giants 21 with 4:52 left in the 4th quarter.

Gotta go watch the rest of the game….
