Chicken to Die For - Versailles! w/Photo Op

JLcubandiner.jpg        JLchicken.jpgDinner at Versailles with “Andrew” before the Bob Seger Concert.  The cuban chicken was amazing!  Don’t be frightened by the amount or size of the onions.  They are sweet and delicious, and both the chicken and onions are served on a bed of lemon garlic sauce.  I’m telling you…the best I’ve ever tasted.  A generous portion of rice and black beans are also served along with the dish.

The atmosphere isn’t much, as it’s a diner, but those are often the best places to eat in my opinion.  However, the food is worth the trip (and the often hour wait to get in the door on Saturday nights!)

I couldn’t decide between the chicken or pork, so our kind waiter brought me out a small portion of pork to taste.  If I ever get back there, it’s mine!
