Mr. Ludy and I are having a friend over this Saturday, and as many of you know, I like to theme my dinner parties to my guests.
So…. I’ll be preparing the following menu, and calling it:

ENTREE:
Filet Mignon Medallions with a Green Peppercorn Sauce
3 Cheese Mac and Cheese
Glazed Ginger Honey Baby Carrots
Southern Green with Pancetta
DESSERT:
Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee with a Fresh Blackberry Sauce
BEVERAGES:
7 and 7’s
California Reds
Dessert Wine
Sparkling and/or Flat Water
