Who would have thought that the Giants would be facing the Patriots in Super Bowl XLII Sunday, February 3rd in Arizona.

Certainly not me. I watched the Giants win in overtime yesterday to the Packers, and couldn’t believe it; could not believe it!!!

And who would have thought that Eli Manning would be in the Super Bowl, while his brother Payton, watches from the sidelines…again, not me. It must be fate that little brother has a chance to win this year; wouldn’t that be great. Historic, in fact.

Anyway, I’ve got 2 weeks to plan my Superbowl Menu, and someone who shall remain nameless is suggesting chicken wings be at the center of the menu.

We shall see…..
