I’m troubled……
Isn’t that a nicer way to start a conversation with someone you may be having a disagreement with, than just instantly shouting at them, “what the hell’s the matter with you”, which puts them on the defensive right away.  
Trust me…it makes for a better conversation, with better results, for everyone.
